Safety and Wellbeing

Working together to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The safety and wellbeing of our members, visitors and team is our top priority.

Our safety measures at all our venues to help keep you safe include:

Before your visit

Visit only if you’re feeling well – to help keep everyone safe, only visit our venues if you are feeling well and not showing any covid-19 symptoms, such as, a high temperature;  a new, continuous cough; a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Pay using contactless – Where required and where possible, we are encouraging contactless payments.

During your visit

Social distancing While social distancing guidelines have changed, we would still like to encourage members to be cautious of those around them.

Wear a face mask – to protect everyone in the facility, we advise you to wear a face mask to and from all activities.

Wash/sanitise hands frequently – We encourage you to regularly wash/sanitise your hands, including upon entering and leaving our venue. Hand sanitiser stations are located in key areas throughout our venue.

Wipe down equipment before and after use –
Use disinfectant provided to wipe down equipment before and after use to help ensure all visitors can safely use the fitness suites, exercise classes and other facilities. As part of our increased cleaning schedules, we will also be wiping down equipment on a regular basis.

We are continually reviewing Government guidance and frameworks published by our fitness governing UK Active ‘Fit Together’ to implement any new procedures accordingly.

Please note: Lifestyles members breakfast is temporarily unavailable at any of our centres.
